Synopsis: A silent war rages on the inner urban streets of America, between burdened citizens, drug dealers, and those of the underworld who have made more promises they can keep. This is the kind of that demands there be victims, and one notable casualty is L.A.P.D. Detective Sergeant Alonzo Harris, whose been handling narcotics cases for 13 years. He's developed his own way of squaring out justice and dealing with the urchins of the street, which has led some to consider him a rogue cop, wavering somewhere between the law and its flip side. When Alonzo is handed a rookie to train, he does everything he can to test his strength and willpower, giving him only one day to prove he can handle the streets. As the day wears on and the rookie discovers Alonzo's questionable practices, it becomes apparent that the deeper you go, the less you find you know. Justice takes on new meaning, and it looks like both veteran and rookie may have a thing or two to learn from eachother.
